A quick orientation. The full document follows below.
J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, doing business as Junior Platforms, operates CoachAgain. This notice covers CoachAgain websites, accounts, client experiences, support and connected functions. The operator handles account administration, security, software billing and support information for those purposes. A coach generally determines why client coaching information is collected and who on their team can use it; CoachAgain processes those records to provide the requested software.
The service processes account and contact information, profile preferences, workspace memberships, invitations, training programs, workout logs, goals, messages, check-ins, bookings and billing references. Optional client profiles and files may contain sensitive information such as allergies, injuries, body measurements or progress photographs.
Coaching records can also include food journals, intake answers and attachments, task completion, group attendance, voice messages and shared media. A group conversation is visible to the members authorized for that conversation; it is not a private one-to-one note. Only add information appropriate for that audience.
Technical information can include IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version and records needed to secure or troubleshoot a request. We do not ask you to send full payment-card numbers or security codes to CoachAgain support.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver assigned coaching, maintain records, send service notices, process requested transactions and integrations, investigate failures and protect access. Coaches should collect only information they need for the coaching relationship. Optional health details should not be included in public titles or unnecessary messages.
Information comes from you, your coach and authorized team members; from a person completing a shared form; from account and payment providers; and from a connection you choose to enable. Technical information can be generated when the service runs. A coach who imports or enters information about another person is responsible for appropriate notice and authority.
A coach decides which client information to collect and which staff may work with a client. CoachAgain supplies the supporting software. An account can have more than one relationship, but each workspace has separate permissions. Questions about information a coach collected should be directed to the coach; software privacy questions can be sent to contact@coachagain.com.
Authenticated roles and assigned-client relationships limit access. Private files use scoped access and expiring links. Staff do not receive every owner permission. No system can promise absolute security. Keep access methods secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Private intake files remain attached to the submitted coaching record for the authorized client and coach. Unsubmitted uploads can be removed using the available upload-management controls and may need cleanup before account deletion. A downloaded file or a copy you send outside CoachAgain is no longer governed by the app’s access controls.
Service providers support hosting, account authentication, data storage, transactional email, error monitoring, optional AI assistance and payments. Stripe handles card entry and payment processing; CoachAgain retains transaction references and statuses rather than full card details. Connecting Google Calendar or Contacts is optional and grants the access described in that connection flow.
Google sign-in is separate from Calendar and Contacts permissions. An optional Calendar connection requests access to view availability and to create and manage calendars and events made by CoachAgain; it does not request general access to the content of your other calendar events. Optional Contacts import requests read-only access so the coach can review and choose records to import. These connections require separate Google consent. Disconnect through the app and, where needed, Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized requests but does not remove copies already imported or records required for an existing transaction.
Information received through Google APIs is used for the integration you request and handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, or for advertising. Access and transfers are limited to providing the requested feature, protecting it or complying with applicable law and the Limited Use requirements.
Google data disclosures updated November 7, 2026. Connecting Google Contacts is optional and available to the workspace Owner. After your separate Google consent, the import reads contact names and email addresses so you can find, select and review people to add to your coaching client roster. It requests contacts.readonly; it does not edit or delete your Google contacts. It does not request contact phone numbers, photos or addresses. Google sign-in alone does not grant this access.
The app loads up to 100 contacts per request and permits at most ten reads in a temporary session. Only the selected names and email addresses you confirm are saved as client records. Importing does not automatically send invitations or emails. Unselected contact rows are kept in the open browser panel, not saved to the client database, and are discarded when the panel closes or the page reloads.
CoachAgain, operated by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, doing business as Junior Platforms, processes Google data to provide the connection you request. Vercel hosts the server requests that receive contact names and email addresses from Google and return them to your browser. Supabase provides account authorization and stores only the client records you confirm for import. Saved records are available to the workspace Owner and staff authorized for that client. These providers process the data for CoachAgain's service; we do not sell Google data or disclose it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
If you later request a client invitation, service email or payment feature, the relevant selected client details may be sent through Resend for email delivery or Stripe for the requested payment, as described in Service providers. The Contacts import itself does not send your address book to these providers, Sentry or AI providers. Operator personnel may read Google data only with your explicit permission for support, when necessary to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law. Other disclosures are limited by Google's Limited Use requirements, including explicit prior consent for a transfer as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
Production connections use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. Temporary Google Contacts access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM in Secure, HttpOnly browser cookies and bound to the signed-in user, workspace and application origin. The app uses OAuth state and PKCE checks, verifies the Owner's access on the server and limits requests. Application and database access controls restrict saved client records to authorized accounts. Diagnostics are filtered to exclude contact names, emails and access tokens.
Temporary Contacts access expires after at most ten minutes; no refresh token is retained. Closing the import panel or proceeding to review clears its temporary access. You can also revoke the connection in Google Account settings. Revocation stops future access but does not delete client records you already chose to import. Those records follow the retention and deletion practices below; you or the relevant client can contact contact@coachagain.com about their deletion. The separate Calendar connection retains its encrypted authorization only while needed for the enabled connection and its cleanup process.
When an eligible coach invokes Assist, Vercel AI Gateway and the selected model provider, currently Anthropic, process the request and the context included for that tool to generate a draft. CoachAgain configures requests to prohibit prompt training and request zero-data-retention routing; this does not mean the rest of your coaching records are erased. The coach should avoid unnecessary client identifiers, sensitive health details and private media. Using Assist is separate from ordinary account access and does not authorize public disclosure or advertising use of client records. Check generated output before sharing or assigning it.
The context preview identifies the information included in each request. A check-in summary can include the selected answers, up to three earlier check-ins and recent activity totals; answers may contain personal information the client chose to share. A reply can include saved responses explicitly selected by the coach, and program edits can include selected exercise prescriptions. These tools do not automatically include private profile records, attachments, prior coach feedback or complete conversation history. Generating a summary does not send it to a client or mark a check-in reviewed.
The client assistant answers a coach's questions using a reviewed 4- or 12-week context: recorded activity, up to 12 recent check-ins, and—for the workspace owner—meal-journal totals. The owner may explicitly include up to 24 recorded body measurements. Names, contact details, profile notes, photos and prior coach feedback are excluded. Up to three earlier question-and-answer pairs may accompany a follow-up in the current panel; these are not a permanent conversation history. Answers cite the supplied records and do not change them.
Nutrition Assist uses selected saved ingredients or recipes to prepare drafts. Nutrition estimates come from those saved records, not model-created nutrition values. An owner can opt in to meal-plan regeneration every 1–4 weeks for an active client; each scheduled draft uses the owner's selected recipes and instructions and the same workspace credit and spending limits. Scheduled drafts are encrypted and available for review for up to 30 days. They are never automatically assigned. Turning off a schedule prevents future runs. The coach remains responsible for reviewing food suitability and any dietary or medical needs with the appropriate professional.
When a coach selects nutrition personalization, the AI context may include saved food preferences, declared allergens, excluded ingredients, coach-set daily nutrition targets and the client's saved food feedback. Clients cannot change the coach's targets through feedback. Portion fitting uses the saved ingredient values; estimates may differ from targets and must be reviewed. Scheduled regeneration checks these saved inputs and selected recipes, preparing a new draft when relevant inputs change and skipping unchanged inputs without a new AI charge. These tools do not establish allergies, calculate medical requirements or prescribe treatment.
Contextual inbox drafts can use the selected client's recent text messages, the coach's unsent text and selected approved knowledge-base or saved-response entries. Attachments and private profile records are excluded. A workspace owner may separately opt in to automatic draft preparation for future incoming client messages, using selected approved sources and the existing credit limits. These drafts are encrypted, available for up to 24 hours and invalidated by newer messages or changed sources and permissions. Draft preparation never sends a reply; the coach reviews, applies and sends it through the normal messaging controls.
Diagnostics are limited to error types, safe application code locations, feature areas, versions and timing. Reports are filtered to exclude account names and emails, messages, training content, credentials, private links and payment details. Session replay and screen recording are disabled. Optional native diagnostic reporting can be controlled in app settings.
Mobile notification permissions and preferences determine which notifications can be delivered. A device registration helps route a notice to the signed-in account. Generic notification text and a record reference can be shown by the operating system; the app checks access before retrieving the private destination. Lock-screen visibility is also controlled by your device. Turning off a category does not change the coach’s underlying record.
The Android companion can retain drafts and recent content on the device to support interrupted work. Signing out or confirmed loss of access clears private app content; while offline, access changes cannot be checked until the app reconnects. Protect your device and shared-device access. Copies separately downloaded, exported or sent to another app are not removed by signing out.
If you choose Health Connect in the Android app and grant its read permission, the app can read today’s total step count for display on that device. This current connection does not send the step total to your coach or the CoachAgain server, and it does not request background health access. You can stop displaying it in the app. To revoke Health Connect permission itself, use Android’s Health Connect settings.
Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the purpose and applicable law: providing the requested service or following an authorized coach's instructions, meeting legal obligations, protecting the service and legitimate security or support interests, or your consent where required. Optional permissions can be withdrawn for future use through the app, device or provider settings. Withdrawal does not undo a completed transaction or remove records that must lawfully be retained.
Use authenticated account tools to review available exports and deletion options. Where self-service deletion is enabled for an eligible account, it requires a fresh sign-in and final confirmation. Confirmation immediately closes account access, with no recovery period; sign-in identity, personal profile, preferences and profile photos are then removed through verified cleanup. Coach-owned history, agreements and financial records are handled separately. Accounts with unresolved workspace ownership, staff access, billing or file ownership need review before this option is available. Contact support for help or an export beyond the app's current limits.
Depending on your location and our role, applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or an appeal of a denied request. Contact contact@coachagain.com from your account email and identify the type of request. We may verify your identity and authority without asking you to email a password or sign-in code. Requests about coach-controlled records may be directed to the coach or handled with their assistance.
You can also write to J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, doing business as Junior Platforms, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #24427, Miami, Florida 33137 US. We do not treat an appropriate privacy request as permission to change someone else's records or reveal another account's information. Statutory rights and response requirements apply even where the app does not offer a self-service control.
An eligible request may concern the sign-in account, a particular coaching record or both. Specify which relationship or category you mean. We will explain when a record remains with an authorized coach or must be retained, subject to applicable rights. Contact us if you believe a request was handled incorrectly; you may also complain to the competent privacy authority where that right applies.
CoachAgain is for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed to obtain accounts directly from children. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us so we can assess and address it. Fitness measurements, allergies and injury details are optional coaching information and should be limited to what is needed. CoachAgain is not a clinical medical-record system. Coaches remain responsible for any professional or legal obligations that apply to the information they handle.
Archiving a client or canceling a plan preserves authorized history rather than automatically deleting it. How long a record is needed depends on its purpose, the coaching relationship, the workspace owner’s lawful instructions, legal or tax duties, payments, security, disputes and backup cycles. A request may concern one record category or the whole account. We assess deletion requests against those needs and explain applicable retention; information that must remain is restricted to the purpose that justifies keeping it. There is no single retention period or guaranteed immediate erasure for every record.
CoachAgain and its providers may process information in the United States and other places where the selected service operates. The service providers page identifies the functions involved. If your use requires a specific processing location, transfer arrangement or data-processing agreement, contact us before providing that information; this notice does not promise a particular region or an agreement that has not been made. Applicable privacy and transfer requirements continue to apply.
If an incident affects protected information, the response and any required notices depend on the information, circumstances and applicable law. Health information may carry legal duties even when a service is not subject to HIPAA. The absence of a certification does not remove those duties.
