Coaches can open Settings → Data & privacy. Clients can open Profile & settings on the client website or the available account controls in the Android app. Review the account shown before proceeding, especially if the same sign-in has coach and client roles. If you cannot sign in, email contact@coachagain.com from the address used for your account to request help or deletion review. You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us.
Never send a password, one-time code or full payment credentials. Additional identity or authority verification may be needed; support should arrange a suitable process rather than ask you to forward a sign-in secret.
When available, Delete your account is a final action for eligible accounts: sign in again, review the effect and confirm. Access ends immediately and there is no recovery period after confirmation. Verified cleanup removes sign-in credentials, personal profile, preferences and profile photos. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, access stays closed while cleanup retries. A separate Request deletion review action sends a request for assessment; that request alone does not close access or cancel a subscription, and a pending review request can be canceled. Self-service deletion is enabled only after the environment's verification checks; the options shown in your account determine which path is currently available.
A client account and a coach's business records are related but distinct. Deleting your sign-in account does not erase the coach's training history, conversations, client files, agreements or payment records. Request a separate review of those records through your coach or support. Workspace ownership, active staff access, unresolved subscriptions, payments or file ownership must be addressed before self-service account deletion. This option does not close a coaching business or delete a workspace. Applicable legal obligations can require retention of certain records.
Workspace pause and permanent closure are currently limited Preview controls, not generally available deletion tools. Where offered, the owner reviews the impact and signs in again before confirmation. Pause stops new coaching activity after in-flight work has settled; eligible owners can later resume. Billing, authorized history, exports and resolution of existing payments remain separate. A pending pause is not yet a completed pause.
Permanent workspace closure cannot be resumed and does not erase the workspace, delete its owner’s account or cancel external contracts. The owner must resolve the obligations identified by the review, including subscriptions, pending payments, future sessions and connected calendar access. Retained records remain available according to authorization and retention rules. Closing a workspace is different from asking for its records to be erased.
Exports contain the records available to your role and selected workspace, subject to published size and row limits. A data export is not necessarily a full backup of every workspace or file. Private files and signed documents may require separate downloads or support assistance.
Submitted intake files may remain as the coach’s records after your sign-in account is deleted. Remove unsubmitted draft uploads using the available upload manager before deletion if requested by the account review. Retained submitted records can be raised separately with the coach or support.
Cancel a CoachAgain software subscription in Billing and manage a coaching subscription through the client billing portal or coach. A deletion request alone does not cancel either agreement. Keep receipts and review outstanding charges before closing an account.
