Vercel supports web hosting and server execution. Supabase supports account authentication, application data, private file storage and real-time updates. These services process the information needed for the feature being used. Preview and Production configurations are kept separate; a Preview deployment is not a statement that Production has launched.
Resend supports transactional messages such as sign-in links, invitations and supported account or booking notices. A service email can contain the details needed for that message and a link back to the app. Do not forward a private sign-in or invitation link to someone else. An in-app Inbox conversation is not a connected personal Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
Stripe supports software billing and eligible payments to a coach through the coach's connected account. Payment information entered into Stripe is handled by Stripe. CoachAgain uses payment references, amounts and provider-confirmed states to show billing history and manage access. The coach remains the contact for the services they sell.
Google sign-in verifies an account identity. Calendar and Contacts are separate optional connections with their own consent. Calendar functionality is designed around availability and CoachAgain-created calendars or events. Contacts import lets a coach select information to import. Review the permission screen for the exact access requested, and disconnect through the integration or provider settings when you no longer need it.
Firebase Cloud Messaging supports eligible Android remote notifications. The notification delivery payload uses a generic type and an opaque reference; the app checks account access before retrieving the private destination. Videos or other links opened from coaching content may use YouTube or another provider chosen by the coach. That provider can receive technical information when its content is opened and applies its own policies.
Android Health Connect is optional and operates under the device permission you grant. The current step-count view reads the day’s aggregate locally and does not transmit that total to CoachAgain or your coach. External videos, GIFs or links can contact the chosen provider when opened and follow that provider’s policies.
Sentry supports filtered error reporting. The application is configured to exclude private coaching content and account identifiers and does not use session replay. Eligible Assist tools use Vercel AI Gateway and the selected model provider to process a requested drafting task. Coaches must review drafts and should not include unnecessary private or sensitive information in a prompt.
This is an explanation of the current product architecture, not a completed contractual subprocessor schedule. Final provider legal entities, processing regions, applicable agreements, international-transfer terms and change-notification procedures must be confirmed before public launch.
