Who provides the service

#

CoachAgain is operated by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, doing business as Junior Platforms. Our business contact address is 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #24427, Miami, Florida 33137 US. You can contact us about CoachAgain at contact@coachagain.com. References to we, us and our in these documents mean the operator; your coach is a separate service provider.

This is a Preview draft prepared for evaluation before public launch. It includes proposed provisions on refunds, liability and individual arbitration that require final publication review. The date identifies this draft edition; it does not establish that a person accepted a final service agreement.

02

What CoachAgain provides

#

CoachAgain is software for independent coaches, coaching teams and their clients. It helps organize training, nutrition content, check-ins, conversations, scheduling and business records. Your coach provides the coaching service; CoachAgain provides the software.

03

Eligibility and authority

#

CoachAgain is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can legally enter a contract. If you act for a coaching business or team, you must have authority to act for that organization. Do not create an account for a child or enroll a child in this Preview. An invitation, an optional date-of-birth field or a self-declaration is not independent verification of age or identity.

04

Accounts and invitations

#

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in methods. Only invite people you are authorized to include. Invitations are intended for the named email recipient; accepting one does not grant access to another client or workspace.

Workspace owners manage staff access and the software subscription. Staff and clients receive access according to their role and coaching relationship. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your platform account and each coaching relationship are distinct. Using the same email as a coach and a client does not merge workspace data or permissions. Check the active workspace or coaching relationship before acting. Accepting a platform invitation does not by itself sign a separate coaching contract, authorize a recurring charge or grant permission to publish your photograph.

05

Plans, trials and limits

#

Free Starter supports up to five active clients with core training, text messaging and plan PDFs. Pro and Studio have selected client-capacity bands and optional paid tools. The exact price, interval, taxes and included features are shown before checkout. Adding a client does not automatically purchase more capacity.

An eligible new workspace receives one fourteen-day card-free Pro trial, including Payments & Packages, Meal Plans and Automation. It does not charge automatically. The recorded trial deadline is not reset by navigating the app or changing plan selections. Archived clients preserve their history without counting toward active capacity.

06

Subscriptions and cancellation

#

A paid software subscription renews at the selected interval until canceled. Review the effective date and any proration before confirming a change. Cancellation or a scheduled reduction generally takes effect at the end of the paid period shown in Billing. A card-free trial has no recurring charge to cancel.

Ending a software subscription or add-on does not silently erase delivered records or cancel a client's separate coaching subscription. New editing, assignments, uploads or other paid activity can be restricted when access or capacity ends. See Billing & cancellations for the distinction between software and coaching payments.

07

Your content and permissions

#

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing and display needed to deliver it to the people you choose and operate the service. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including exercise videos, contracts, photographs and music. External content may remain subject to its provider's terms.

The permission you give CoachAgain is limited to operating, protecting and supporting the requested service, including storage, transmission, backups and display to authorized recipients. It does not transfer ownership or give CoachAgain permission to use private client photographs or conversations in advertising. Share only the minimum information needed, and do not upload passwords, full card numbers, security codes, government identity documents or biometric templates.

08

Coaching and safety

#

Coaches are responsible for their qualifications, instructions, client suitability, consent and professional obligations. Training and nutrition information is not a diagnosis or a substitute for qualified medical care. Clients should raise limitations or concerns with their coach and seek appropriate professional advice. The service is not monitored for emergencies.

09

AI-assisted drafting

#

Assist is an optional drafting tool for eligible workspaces, with shared usage allowances and any separately confirmed top-ups. A coach chooses when to invoke it and must review accuracy, tone, safety and suitability before using a suggestion. A draft does not independently send a message, assign a plan, make a purchase or give professional advice. Generated content can be incorrect or incomplete.

Include only the context needed for a request. Do not submit unnecessary health details, private attachments, credentials or payment information. The relevant service providers process the content sent for the requested generation; see Privacy and Service providers.

10

Acceptable use

#

Do not post, send or upload unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content; intimate images without consent; content that exploits or endangers children; another person’s private information without authority; or material that infringes intellectual-property rights. Do not impersonate people, distribute malware, solicit credentials or try to bypass access, capacity, payment or security controls.

Use the available in-app reporting and message-blocking controls, or contact contact@coachagain.com to report misuse or a security concern. Include the relevant feature, approximate date and record reference if available; avoid forwarding unnecessary sensitive content. We may review reports and restrict harmful content or access when appropriate. Reporting is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.

11

Electronic communications and your choices

#

CoachAgain uses electronic delivery for sign-in, security, invitations, requested booking updates, billing and supported service notices. Keep your contact address current and retain copies of important agreements and receipts. A coach who sends a message, broadcast, form or payment request is responsible for recipient authority, lawful content and any required consent. Optional promotional messaging is separate from essential account and transaction notices.

Notification settings can control supported app categories; device permissions can prevent delivery. A notification, email or calendar invitation can be delayed or unavailable. Check the underlying record for its current status. Turning off notifications does not cancel a session, subscription or contractual obligation.

12

Service changes and availability

#

Features can change as the service develops. Network, provider or maintenance interruptions can affect access. Keep copies of important records using the available export and download tools. Preview features and sandbox transactions are for evaluation and do not establish a live payment, guaranteed availability or regulatory certification.

13

Software rights and feedback

#

The operator and its licensors retain rights in the CoachAgain software, branding and original platform materials. During authorized access you may use the service for its intended personal coaching or business purpose. This does not transfer ownership of the software or permit resale, impersonation, reverse engineering contrary to law, or removal of notices. Your own records and licensed content remain yours.

You may choose to send product feedback. Send only material you are authorized to share. We may use those suggestions to improve the service without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation.

14

Restrictions, closure and continuity

#

Access may be restricted when needed to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, unpaid fees, provider restrictions or violations of the applicable agreement. Where practical, the response should reflect the risk and allow the affected person to contact support. Stopping new activity does not mean an existing record was deleted or an external financial obligation was canceled.

Before leaving, download records you need and resolve coaching commitments and subscriptions through their respective controls. Where enabled, eligible self-service account deletion requires a fresh sign-in and final confirmation, closes access immediately and has no recovery period. Retained coach-owned records and any request for their deletion are handled separately. Workspace pause, permanent workspace closure, account deletion and subscription cancellation have different effects; read Account & data requests before proceeding.

15

Disclaimers and proposed liability limits

#

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, a particular fitness result or suitability for every professional use. You remain responsible for reviewing instructions, content, financial records and third-party information before relying on them. No term removes a right or remedy that the law does not allow to be excluded.

The proposed launch terms exclude indirect, consequential and special losses to the extent law allows, and limit the operator's aggregate liability for the affected service to the greater of US $100 or the fees paid to CoachAgain for that service during the preceding three months. These proposed limits require final legal review and do not apply where such a limitation is prohibited.

16

Proposed dispute process

#

First contact contact@coachagain.com with a description of the issue and the outcome sought. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary health records. The proposed launch agreement provides a 30-day opportunity for informal resolution before an eligible dispute proceeds.

The proposed launch terms provide individual arbitration under applicable American Arbitration Association rules and the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than a jury trial or class proceeding, except for eligible small claims, permitted protective relief and matters that cannot legally be arbitrated. A person may opt out by emailing contact@coachagain.com within 30 days of first accepting the final terms, with their name, account email and a clear opt-out statement. This draft is notice of the proposed process, not a record of acceptance.

17

Governing law and updates

#

The proposed launch terms use Florida law, subject to non-waivable protections that apply to you. Matters properly heard in court would be brought before the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The Federal Arbitration Act would govern the arbitration provision.

Future changes will be identified by an updated edition and date. Material changes require the notice or consent applicable law demands. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful provisions continue. A separately signed agreement may contain additional terms for a particular service.

18

Contact and document status

#

Questions about the software can be sent to contact@coachagain.com or to the operator at the address above. Questions about a coach's services, fees or delivery should first be addressed to that coach. Final publication requires review of the adapted refund, dispute and liability provisions, age controls and record-retention operations.
