Explain your services, pricing, qualifications, availability and cancellation rules before a client purchases. Obtain the permissions needed to collect and share client information. Tailor training and nutrition content to the client and your professional scope. Review templates and AI drafts before using them.
A platform invitation is separate from your coaching agreement, health intake and any permission to share progress media. Describe who can see client information, obtain the notices or consent your practice requires, and keep appropriate records. Do not present an AI draft, template, calculated BMI or other displayed metric as an individualized diagnosis.
Provide information relevant to safe coaching and tell your coach about concerns or changes. Follow instructions within your ability and stop if an activity causes unusual pain or distress. Contact appropriate healthcare or emergency services when needed; app messaging is not an emergency channel.
Share only content you have permission to use. Consider who can access a file before uploading it. External exercise videos remain the responsibility of their creators and providers; availability and suitability can change. A linked demonstration does not replace individual instruction.
Keep conversations relevant and respectful. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate or expose private information. Raise service concerns with your coach and report suspected misuse of the platform to contact@coachagain.com. Include only the information necessary for the report.
Message blocking can stop supported new messages without canceling the coaching service or erasing its history. Group members should understand the audience before posting. If an issue involves safety or urgent medical care, use appropriate local services rather than wait for a coach or platform response.
Results vary between people. CoachAgain records and presents the information supplied by the coach and client; it does not guarantee a health, fitness, income or business result. Discuss expectations, appropriate adjustments and the meaning of recorded metrics with your coach.
